Billing

Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller. For a receipt, a change of card or a refund, you can also use the link in your Paddle receipt email or paddle.net. Our refund policy gives 14 days, no questions asked.

When something goes wrong

Tell us your Haul version and what you saw. If a download failed, Haul shows the reason in plain words; copying that message helps. Please don't send passwords or private links.
