How do I buy?
Install Haul, open Settings → Plan and sign in with your email or Google. Choose a plan there; checkout opens in your browser. Paddle is our reseller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds any sales tax and sends your receipt.
How does the Premium trial work?
Start it from Settings → Plan: every Premium feature for 14 days, once per account. It needs no card and ends on its own; Haul goes back to Free, or to Plus if you own it.
Is Plus really a one-time payment?
Yes. Plus covers every Haul 1.x release for good. When Haul 2.0 arrives, Plus owners can upgrade at half the Plus price, and 2.0 is never installed unless you choose it.
Can I have Plus and Premium together?
Yes. Add Premium on top of Plus, and if you stop Premium you drop back to Plus, not Free.
How do I move Haul to a new PC?
In Haul on any of your PCs, open Settings → Plan and deactivate the old PC, then sign in on the new one. Plus and Premium cover up to 3 PCs at once.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of a purchase or renewal and you get your money back, no questions asked. The plan leaves your PCs at their next licence check.
